Built as a Marvel research companion and refined across more than a decade of indexing, The Comic Book Index is evolving from a standalone desktop app into a modern web research platform for exploring stories, creators, characters, locations, items, and continuity.

The web platform is currently in active development, with new research tools, editorial systems, and advanced database features continuing to evolve.
